The powers that be at West Ham United have identified an out-of-favour member of the defensive ranks at Premier League rivals Chelsea as a summer target, according to reports.

The player in question? Trevoh Chalobah.

Disasi's move to west London comes with Wesley Fofana sidelined long-term once more, after rupturing his Anterior Cruciate Ligament in pre-season.

As per the reliable Jacob Steinberg of The Guardian, amid an ongoing search for fresh blood at centre-half, the hierarchy at the London Stadium have set their sights on Cobham graduate Chalobah.
