The $100-million project from San Francisco-based developer Trumark Urban consists of a 24-story structure featuring 151 condominiums and approximately 5,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The building, which rises to a peak height of 235 feet, is built with more than 20,000 cubic yards of concrete and 2,300 tons of reinforced steel.
The tower, which was designed by Los Angeles-based architecture firm HansonLA, is on pace for completion in late 2016.
