Riverdale has returned to the TV screens and given the fans a whole new world of the 1950s that their favorite characters are living in. The final season is revealing more interesting twists and has kept viewers on their toes to get their questions answered.

The post will reveal Riverdale Season 7 Episode 2 release date, streaming guide, and a recap of episode 1. Jughead describes some of the events that were happening at the time, such as the cost of hamburgers and the number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100, in an opening that is distinctly 1950s.

Jughead is unsure of what occurred two days after Bailey's Comet and whether they are in the past or another alternate reality. Things have changed. Hot Dog and Jughead share a train car that has been abandoned; they are all freshmen; Julian Blossom is still alive and not Jason and Reggie has yet to be spotted.

Recap

Despite wanting to speak to Tabitha about it while she's been away, Jughead still needs to remind his friends about their plans. After science class, the teacher tells the students to join the astronomy group and raise money to purchase a new telescope to observe Bailey's Comet, which won't be visible for another two years.

Jughead discovers the time capsule they buried after graduating with the notion that it might have been made and could be the key to triggering his friends' memories. Sure enough, it's still there. Also, he is being observed. Jughead delivers the capsule's contents to his companions and explains what took place and their origins.

He talks to them about the future they will live in, first educating them about cellphones, Spotify, and the Internet before moving on to their actual lives, which include dealing with serial killers, the military, speakeasies, an organ-harvesting cult, and abductions.

Archie is reluctant to return because it sounds unpleasant. Instead of waiting two years for the comet, Jughead believes that Archie and Betty making out on Archie's bed while a bomb is detonated underneath it would be the most effective method to disrupt space-time.

Archie believes Jughead is crazy or has an overactive mind, and no one else does either. Jughead should return to his comic books and tales instead of telling them they are imprisoned in a science fiction film.

Many black students, including Toni, Tabitha, and others, traveled to Mississippi to attend the sentencing of the two men who killed Emmett Till. Toni writes about Emmett Till for the school newspaper after promising to share his story with Emmett's friends, family, and everyone else present.

Betty and Toni tell Principal Featherhead the tale, but he doesn't find it appropriate. Toni informs him that he must inform people of what is occurring. Toni reminds him that despite Riverdale High is one of the nation's first integrated institutions, there are no black teachers or courses on black teachers.

Sadly, they disagree with their daughter when Betty asks them what they think of Toni's tale and whether they should post it on RIVW. Hal and Alice are unwilling for Blossom Maple Syrup to stop supporting them. Emmett Till's treatment, in Betty's opinion, was wholly unjust.

Nobody seems to be concerned, aside from Toni and her pals. Toni is unsurprised in response to Toni's inquiry about Betty's parents. She informs Betty how Mrs. Till made the funeral photos public and left her son's coffin open so everyone could see what had happened to him.

This eventually made the world aware of what had happened. Betty requests to meet them. When Betty receives the newsletter from Toni containing the funeral photos, she informs Toni that she decided to still print the article in The Blue and Gold.
