His: "To my wife. One of my biggest fears is that I will never let myself feel what true love is. Ever since I was a child, and scarred by evil, I have built up walls to protect myself from the world. I have pushed people away and those who stay close I still never let in. Over the years I have pushed you the hardest. For some reason you stayed, for some reason you dug in and pushed back. Somehow you broke through enough to help me see that people are working for me. You brought us back to God and as my faith grows, so do we and for that, I am grateful. As I sit here writing our vows I look around and I see you everywhere, the signs on our walls, the curtains on our windows, the family calendar on our table. You give me and this family all of you. You constantly remind us of what love is and how it looks. So though you may not load the dishwasher right and though you unplug everything, I know its all from love and today I vow to give you all I have and more. And I vow to continue to dig in to myself to show you how much I love I have and that's why I will say with all my heart: I, Jimmy Pariseau, take you Chanel Pariseau, to have and to hold, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to have and to hold, to love and to cherish, until death do us part and here too, I pledge you my faithfulness."



























Hers: "Jimmy. In all my life, I've known that I wanted to meet and marry someone who closely resembled the man my Dad has always been. A man of honor, integrity, on a path to follow the Lord and a man of his word. My Dad has always looked to my mom as his rock, his safe place and his way of living. He works hard to provide and strives to be successful; just like you. Through all our tribulations, which Lord knows there has been many, you have been 'my person'. My person to run to, my person to yell at, my person to stop me in my grumpy tracks and embrace me. All of me. You're the part of me I never understood was missing. Today, just 2.5 years after of marriage but nearly 10 years of being together - I already feel the incredible growth between us. God has entered our marriage and its in huge part to your determination not just as a husband but as a father. For that, I am eternally grateful. Following Christ is something that has always been important to me but was never the focus of any of my previous relationships or friendships. I promise to love you in all your shades. I will keep you strong in our journey of Faith as we learn, in knowing and walking with God. I promise to see all your hard work you place in not just your business but our family. I will hold onto the passion we continuously give to one another. I'll appreciate the kisses you give before and after work, the way you laugh at me when I literally just talk aloud... even though it bugs me, the way you put my goals on the top of your priority list. You are truly an amazing Dad; and I'm constantly left speechless and in awe when I watch you all together. I can't promise to put my camera down; but I will promise to live more in the moment and less within my stressful mindset. I love you and I pray that God will bless us with many many more years of marriage, love and growth. I will always honor cherish and defend. All the days of our lives."
