158 Apartments to Rise Near Dodger Stadium

Construction is set to begin this fall for a new apartment complex near Dodger Stadium.
The proposed seven-story building, a project from Korda Group and RPK Development, will feature 151 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments above a 246-car parking garage at 959 E. Stadium Way. Plans also call for amenities such as a swimming pool, a courtyard, and a gym.

A timeline for the project has not been revealed.
